Most people love chocolate. There are endless desserts and cookbooks devoted just to chocolate recipes. Every restaurant has at least one chocolate dessert on the menu. I have even had chocolate gravy at a bed and breakfast in southern Kentucky.

Twenty five top chefs and culinary professionals will showcase chocolate laced appetizers, entrees, desserts, and beverages. The photo above shows the entree from Cake Flour from last year...yum.
Guests work their way through the venue and sample the creations from each of the chefs. Samplings of bourbon from the Kentucky Distillers Association and wine from Old 502 Winery is available.
The event gives the chefs a chance to be creative with offerings like the cocoa and coffee encrusted pulled pork with bourbon maple apples butter and a chocolate, ancho chili barbecue sauce, from Chef Andrew Welenken from Bucks Restaurant.
