January is always a little quieter at the Inn. Everyone including the staff and me slow down from the hustle and bustle of shopping and partying and traveling. We spend the first week of the year taking down the Holiday decorations and getting all the buildings back in top shape.
It's also a good time for us to catch up with any renovation projects. This January we are spiffying the kitchen and adding new cabinets and counter tops. Our kitchen was originally the butlers pantry, with cabinets from ceiling to floor. The original cabinets are long gone and there are no photos to give us an idea of what it would have looked like, so we will do the best we can to represent 1853 with glass doors and cabinets all the way up 12 feet!
Pictures coming soon!
