Heart Healthy Breakfast Options

Many of our guests are looking for a breakfast that is heart healthy. We have several appetizing options for them. A wonderful bowl overflowing with organic berries and toppings of granola and muesli starts things off. Then they have a choice of organic hot oatmeal served with dried cranberries, blueberries and cherries or Natures Path cereals with soy milk. We always have egg white options: either scrambled or with fresh vegetables folded into a light healthy omelet. Finish off with Great Harvest whole wheat toast and organic chicken sausage seasoned with sage.
